Reviews
This is probably my favorite ramen shop.
Although it is stylish with white soup. . .
Not stylish, but delicious
It's real ramen!
I only get a chance to eat it when I go back home a few times a year.
This is my favorite ramen.
Best freaking ramen my taste buds have ever laid their buds on. The first option is the gyokai-dashi ramen which has its broth made from a much lighter seafood flavor (but equally as yummy) and the toriton ramen is a chicken-porky bowl of heaven. Both of them have frilled delicious accoutrements like roasted kabocha and grilled bamboo. 95% of the ramen I've ever had, it's really just the chashu that makes it or breaks it for me but this ramen is an all-rounder. The chashu is not fatty but equally as delicious as any other and enhances the flavor of everything else. All in all, this place is a 5 out of 5.
Eating chicken pork ramen and tandan noodles.
Both soups have an espuma-like finish and a gentle texture.
As we progressed through the noodles, there were many ingredients and ideas to keep us entertained, such as pumpkin, bamboo shoots, fried okra and lotus root, and we also had substitutes, making it a satisfying lunch.
The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was very nice.
・Chicken and pork soup noodles ¥850 Topping chicken skin Trial price ¥100
Overwhelming beauty. The white foaming soup is decorated with bamboo shoots, okra, pumpkin, mizuna, and green onions. It's definitely on a special level at other stores, and the price of 850 yen is surprising! The soup has the richness of chicken and pork, and the soup stock maintains a good balance.
The medium-thick straight noodles go well with the soup. The chewy noodles will go smoothly again.
Pork shoulder chashu is also melty ^_^
You can taste the flavor of each ingredient in each vegetable topping.
Overall, it was a dish that made me want to eat it again.
Gochiso-sama!
I went on a Saturday around 2pm. Second visit.
Customers seemed to be sparse in terms of time.
I had the chicken pork soup ramen. Both the noodles and soup were very tasty, and the vegetables on top were also nice.
It's really delicious~
My companion was eating dandan noodles, so I had some, and it was delicious too!
The staff's response was also good.
I would appreciate it if you could leave me a beer.
ramen circuit
Akatsuki Seimen after a long time
It's been a while since it's a 2-3 minute drive from my home.
Visited at 11:10pm and 40% of customers were there.
After ordering and waiting, the food was served in about 5 minutes.
Chicken pork soup noodles 850 yen
The soup is foamy, and when you see the water surface, a brown lake appears.
It's relaxing and the salt concentration is perfect.
It goes well with springy medium-thick noodles.
The ingredients are brightly colored, such as fried vegetables.
Extra 100 yen (Ramen Circuit Service)
I ordered thin noodles and it was served in about 2 minutes.
This has an interesting texture with a chewy texture similar to Nagahama-style.
It will be a little thin, so add table sauce to bring back the flavor.
Thank you for your meal

Comprehensive evaluation 2
◉ 5th time
This store is completely useless if you go at night. The young brown-haired male clerk is doing his job lazily, and he's always hanging out with the young girl who works part-time. How to make ramen is complicated. The good ramen at the time of opening is no longer there.
(4th time)
It's getting worse, to be honest. The taste has lost its characteristic, and the amount has decreased overall. The worst thing is the attitude of the employees. Cheeky or irreverent. Feeling useless with only part-time jobs.
(posted again and again)
As a new ramen, gotoku miso ramen came out, so I visited. To be honest, I expected delicious miso ramen, but it wasn't miso ramen, it was normal ramen with a mellow taste. 880 yen is a little disappointing even though there are few ingredients and the soup is not distinctive.
(posted again)
When I visited two days ago, I was told that they would offer a special ramen (lobster ramen 950 yen) to commemorate the 8th anniversary. It certainly smelled like shrimp, but it wasn't that special. No change in evaluation.
(next post) Visit for the first time in 3 months. I can feel the liveliness compared to before, but the price has risen again. With this, cost performance is 3.
(previous post)
Tantan noodles + additional rice
◉ Taste 3 There are four basic types of ramen. Seafood and tonkotsu have their own characteristics, but dandan noodle soup doesn't have any particular characteristics.
◉ Cospa 4 I think this restaurant spends money on soup. Maybe they put a lot of thought into chicken pork ramen? However, the ingredients of the tantan noodles I ate today are quite poor.
◉ Service 2 The young boys who are working part-time are not feeling well at all. I can't even say hello. Feeling spooky when serving ramen. This is not a ramen shop.
◉ Professionalism 3 A shop I know from the opening. When I saw the owner posting a blog at that time, I thought it was a highly professional shop, but I feel like that consciousness has faded considerably since then.
